It was a Great stay, it was a very private area, and worth every penny. Me, my wife and kids had a good time in the pool, had some food door dashed the first night and watched some movies on the provided smart tv. The room were comfy, and it was nice that all the room mostly had king beds, but a shame because the kids being kids used the bunk beds in the game room which is a nice room by the way, but kids won’t understand the privilege of there own big beds till later but it is what it is. Other than that it was worth it. If any future plans in the area I will be booking here again. Thank you to the host again

Seth & Alex were both very responsive and the place is as described. Lots of space and comfortable like the other people indicated. The house is deep in a neighborhood about 10 mins to freeways. A few things that I thought could be better. 1. The cleaning crew: We checked in on a Monday after cleaners finished up. It was requested in the check in instructions that we put the trash cans out for Tuesday pickup but I requested the cleaners do it since they were there and it wasn’t my trash. They were able to but put all 4 cans in front of the driveway so I still ended up moving them. The cleaning crew left sheets in the dryer and towels in the washer so we had to deal with those in order to use the machines. They also didn’t refill the hand soap in the bathroom. We paid the $200 cleaning fee so having to do cleaning on top of that was a bit annoying. 2. The kitchen has pans but no measuring cups, foil, Saran Wrap, ziplock bags so be prepared to bring your own if you plan to cook/bake.

This is not a five-star place. The yard is messy and unkempt. The furnace did not work properly, and the issue was unresolved during the stay. House was damp and cold. Inadequate towel supply for both kitchen and bathrooms. No dish soap, even sample size. Old sponge, not fresh. Lack of wall decor made the property seem unwelcoming. No house manual to refer to. Could not connect multiple devices to WiFi. Overall, a disappointing stay.

me and the kids went for a staycation and it was amazing my kids want to go back already .thanks for everything. they left the Jacuzzi on for us which is amazing cause who doesn't love getting in the jacuzzi in the morning . that was the cherry . we will return.
