Situated on the 9th floor, this unique condo offers great views of the marina and the perfect couple’s getaway to Puerto Vallarta! The bedroom, with a cozy king bed, is separated by vertical sliding doors that can open up to create one spacious open floor plan connecting the bedroom to the rest of the condo. There’s access to the private balcony steps from the bed or the sitting area that features a large, wall-mounted Smart TV and comfy sofa seating. You’ll find a dining table and chairs on the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the view. If you don’t feel like dining out, no worries, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you’d need to whip up any meal of the day. After several days of being in busy Zona Romantica we loved relaxing in the quiet marina in this well stocked, clean, and beautiful condo! The kitchen is well stocked with all materials needed and bonus!!! - The fridge was stocked with a couple Coronas, milk, and juice. What a nice touch!! Bed is not too soft, which is necessary for this with bad backs ;) We we’re able to check in early since we were already staying a night with family in another condo inn the building which was very appreciated! The pool and that view though!!! Perfecto! Would stay here again in a heart beat, if you’re think of renting this place - DO IT!!

The property is approximately 3.2 km | 2 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport. If you are arriving by car, there’s parking onsite that is first come, first serve. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around.

Before and during your stay you will be in contact with Yazmin through the chat, she will be happy to answer any questions you might have. We are a happy team, and perhaps during you stay you get meet with Yazmin, or even Nohemi, she is in charge of the cleaning team, or Caleb who will happily help you if you have any maintenance situation (hopefully there won’t be any, but just so you know, we are prepared ;). Everyone in the team has lived a large part of our life in Puerto Vallarta, so do not hesitate to ask anything about the area, if we do not know the answer, we will gladly ask around.
