Two bedroom with queen beds. One bedroom also has a foldout couch that can be used as a bed. Private area with private bathroom and living area with pool table, bar and big screen TV (dish network). Close to Starved Rock State Park and hiking trails. There is a separate entrance to your rooms with a lock box code that contains the front door key. Both rooms have a comfortable queen size beds and one room has a fold out couch that can be used as a bed. There is one full sized bathroom that is private. There is also a living space with gas fireplace, bar, pool table, and large screen TV with Dish Network. Owners live on the other side of the home, but your side is private.

The place is really good and hospitality is awesome.
We were only there for an brief overnight but had a great stay at Phillip’s! It was wonderfully quiet and felt very homey! They even had Legos and some other toys for younger kids for our boys to play with.
Unique place for a quick trip….quiet and clean and the host was super helpful
This is such a cozy space with lovely rustic decor and a great pool table. Phillip was so kind and a great host. We enjoyed our stay so much!
Philip let us in on short notice while we traveled through on our road trip. It's a great place to stay, better than a hotel with the 2 bedrooms & fresh served coffee in the morning. Lovely rooms, nice bathroom. Neighborhood felt safe and in the county.

We are a short 4 mile drive to the village of Utica and entrance to Starved Rock State Park.
We are located in between Ottawa ( 5miles) and Utica (4miles) and easy access to I80 and I39.
