The place was looking good, classy and the location is very convenient since the shops are around and easy access to many amenities. The host also was welcoming and responded in time to our requests and the checkin was smooth. I'm happy and I would recommend the place to other guests.

The host was not welcoming from the booking . We greeted with excitement, only to be met with instructions that were not communicated before booking and payment were made. Host requested for ID copies after payment was made only after advised she would check availability while we were on our way assuming booking is confirmed , the uncertainty was unpleasant. The access process was tedious, host did not have the best communication with security guards , guards advised that host was disconnecting the call as they were advising who was at the gate , only after reaching out via airbnb messages to the host that guards are advising that she is dropping calls we managed to get a response and access.... The TV is not the size displayed on picturs , there was no heater to accommodate the cold weather , the fridge makes a loud noise and the location seems to still be in construction the noise level of the workers that day was not so pleasant.... worst experience as a new user of Airbnb
