A few activities to consider include skiing, mountain biking, viewing fall colors, several golf courses, many hiking trails, CO National Monument, JUCO and tours of our local vineyards. This patio pool space features onsite parking, private entrance and is locked off from the remainder of our home. The french door entrance has views of the pool area where you have access to the patio furniture and fire pit for those chilly nights. The pool is open between June and September. Ideally located between Fruita and Grand Junction with views of the Colorado National Momument.
