The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are friendly and sweet. We had issue with bugs at first it was water bugs then it turned into roaches and spiders. They wasn’t an elevator so if you have someone who’s handicap that will be hard to work with. I reached out asking for assistance on the fan and they finally ask did I want someone to come out by that time we were about to go do an activity so I declined it. The place could just a few updates in the bathroom large bathroom the shower. On the balcony it was a hole in the floor which made it feel unsafe but the balcony was stable so it was nothing to worry about (my family is on the heavier side). Other than that the place was nice and were only able to find the community pool.

The host was very responsive. The house was just as pictured. Lovely and quiet. Nice pool. Will stay again!

The place was really, really nice. The only thing that I did not like, but I was unable to use the bathtub due to the fact of a lot of rust in the drain area where the stopper goes. Also, there was not enough linen as far as towels and washcloths. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and I had to go buy trash bags also in the kitchen area. One of the drawers was falling down, but other than that, my family and I had a great time I wish just one thing is refurnishing the patio area because we did get a few splinters from there.

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed!! Excellent location, perfect size, quiet surroundings - it certainly checked all of our boxes. We were in the area visiting family and we told them how wonderful it was so they could share with other family & friends as well. Would 100% book again!!

When we arrived at the house it was very beautiful but we noticed first a dead bug on the floor which we quickly picked up. After being there 30 minutes we noticed a HUGE COCKROACH on the floor running around. We called vasca immediately to ask to relocate. We were told we would be called back. Was never called back. Called AGAIN spoke to a representative who said he would call us in the morning about if we can relocate or get some compensation for the stress this cockroach was causing. I sent the representative pictures of how huge the cockroach was. We ended up killing the bug but the vasca people never called us at all. Not even to tell us they could not relocate us. Fridge would not close properly, the sink STUNK, the fan in the living room would not work. Will not be using VASCA ever again. Just terrible.
