Casa Matus is in a family neighborhood. Its location is perfect for exploring the city. Just 20 minutes walk from the historic center; 15 minutes from the Airport; one hour from Hierve el Agua; 30 minutes from the Tule Tree; 35 minutes from Monte Albán; 35 minutes from San Martin Tilcajete -Alebrijes-, etc... It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single. and the other with a double bed. The terrace is the perfect place for you to taste a mezcal after exploring magical Oaxaca. The house is on 3 levels. In the first you have a half bathroom, living room with television and equipped kitchen and garage. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is perfect for a maximum of 5 guests (2 double beds and one single). On the second floor there is a terrace and a small full bathroom.

Una casa muy bonita, nosotros estuvimos poco en ella porque salíamos a conocer Oaxaca, pero de verdad te sientes muy comfortable en ella.
Un lugar de fácil acceso, cerca de vialidades que te facilitan llegar a los lugares turístico. Fiel a las fotos, limpio, cuenta con lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Impeccably designed house, perfect for a family stay. It’s close enough to the centre to make it possible to walk there, although I would recommend taking a 5 minute taxi there. I would gladly stay here again.

The house is located in a family neighborhood where we grew up and played as children, most of the neighbors know each other and greet each other fondly every time we see each other. Near the house you will find a mini supermarket where you can buy basic products and 5 blocks from the house, about 150 meters, you will find a local market. Extreme caution is advised when walking after 9 p.m. anywhere in the City
If you arrive in Oaxaca City by bus or air transport, we recommend that you board a taxi at the same terminal.
If you are in the house, there is a large avenue around the corner and there you can board a taxi, or walk about 70 meters towards the center and there you will find a place or taxi base that will take you to the place you want
