Past the entryway, you will find the jade-colored stairwell, which leads to two more grand bedrooms, both with king beds and one with an additional twin bunk. A rollaway twin can be found in one of the closets. Both rooms have their own expansive walk-in closets and bathrooms with showers. The second set of stairs is just past the kitchen and leads you down to the lower level where you will be welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows that span two levels. The views are majestic. From here you have access to the hot tub, gas fire pit, and patio. There is another wet bar on this level as well as air hockey, foosball, a video game table, and a 55” TV. Past the game area is another bathroom and a large bedroom with sleeping for 6, with two twin trundle beds and a twin bunk. There are also two pack n plays. The beauty of the land at this property is what makes it truly spectacular. Take in the surroundings in one of the many peaceful outdoor seating areas. One patio has breathtaking views of Pikes Peak and the Air Force Academy. The welcoming and private front courtyard is a great area to gather. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for walks. There are two ponds on the property to explore and even fish. There is a short trail that begins past one of the ponds that end in the adjacent neighborhood, which then leads to shopping and restaurants!
