Phanida was great to deal with, and the apartment was nice! Location is great for ICONSIAM. Building is quiet and cleaners are great

Stayed here for almost 2 months. Phanida was a fantastic host, one of the best I've ever had. So friendly and quick to solve problems. She really was amazing. While I had a good stay at her condo, I feel the price was a bit expensive for Bangkok. The building amenities were not quite what I hoped for but the location was really great.

The place is as described. Phanida was very responsive and helpful. I picked this place for the moderate value but mostly location. The place was comfortable and right next to the sky train. However walking to icon mall is sometimes faster than the sky train, both take roughly 20 minutes. The train doesn’t run frequently or fast. If you’re staying inside with AC expect to pay $100 more for electricity. I wasn’t disappointed in my stay, but the value proposition was worse than I expected.

Great view - we saw fireworks every day for an entire month (Mid-Nov to mid-December). Phanida was also super helpful and went above and beyond for our baby's needs. The place is one station away from one of the largest malls in the world (or take a local group tuktuk that passes in front of the tower every few minutes they are fast and great). We stayed a full month and still weren't able to see everything around. Ps. If you like outdoor gyms/parks, there's a super local one under the highway bridge not too far.
