To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, here are a few things to keep in mind: Weekend Stays: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Midweek Visits: Generally, we ask for at least 3 nights. However, please feel free to reach out if you need a shorter stay. Booking Schedule: Please note, we do not schedule arrivals or departures on Saturdays. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 16. To maintain a quality experience, please do not bring more people. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 28 years old to rent, unless you are a family traveling with children. Pet Policy: We love animals! Pets may join your stay upon approval by our property manager and are subject to a $200 fee per pet. All service animals must have proper certification or a license. Security: For everyone's safety, we have a front-facing security camera. Rental Agreement: We will email you a copy of our rental agreement to sign. Please also provide a photo of your ID. Private Gatherings Only: To maintain the serenity of our property, events, such as proms or weddings, are not permitted. Security Deposit: We’ll send you a link for credit card authorization to hold the security deposit two days before your arrival.
