Anita was a great and responsive host , the house was perfect , I did my 30th birthday get together with a few close friends and family and everyone had a great time and enjoyed their stay also , best bank for buck!
We used this space for a corporate team retreat, hosting 15 people during the day and 12 overnight. It is very spacious, beautiful, had comfortable beds, and was a good fit for a big group. The property is large and private. Unfortunately the kitchen is not well stocked for groups. One of the burners on the stove did not work, and there was limited pots/pans/knives. Definitely recommend bringing your own cooking gear if you plan to cook on site. Also, as it is a remote area, the food delivery options are extremely limited. Thankfully there are a few options within 5-10 minute drive, but not many were willing to bring it to the house. We also wish there was some more diligent cleaning done before we arrived as there were cigarette butts in the driveway and liquor bottles scattered throughout the lawn. There was barely any dish soap provided, the microwave was dirty, and there was some garbage from Easter over the weekend. If we were to re-book we would just bring more things with us.
Anita is a fantastic host and the place is immaculate. We celebrated a birthday party and had about 12 of us and we will definetely be rebooking in the summer when the pool is open. She accommodated a few extra requests i had without issue. We had a mishaps in the house, but she was more then understanding and communicated with me well and everything was resolved in a respectful and professional manner. i would definitely recommend! 10/10! We will be back!
