Filtered with sunlight and adorned with bohemian finishes, the living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef. Sleep will come easily each evening under the room's plush linens and central air-conditioning. When exploring around Meredith, be sure to check out the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, Weirs Beach, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, Gunstock Mountain Resort, and Lochmere Country Club. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The kitchen had everything we needed but there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls available. The living room was comfortable with a nice TV. There is no parking near the entrance, so you must pull up with your car to unload and then park about 40 yards away.
Amazing house, great location, really nice kitchen. House was in great condition. Parking was a bit confusing but we figured it out.
Overall the place is good. But please have a clear instruction on parking. There are signs not to park on the grass but its not everywhere and we reached there at night. It wud be nice to have clear signs in front of the house too. Also at one point they visited and said we might have to vacate mid stay because we mistakenly parked on the grass. Lastly the dumpster is a little far from the house and it will be hassle to go all the way there and dump. It wud be better to have those stored somewhere inside the house and collected later by house keeping. The place itself is in a very serene location by the lake though, wud be a nice getaway for families. But would not suggest this for friends looking forward to have a fun night with some singing dancing and partying.
