This two-story home boasts multiple outdoor areas to take advantage of its prime waterfront location. The private dock includes a seating area and a fish-cleaning station with an outdoor sink. You can tie off your boat at the dock or launch one of the provided kayaks or canoe to explore the river. A boat ramp is just 500 feet away from the house. Plenty of outdoor lighting keeps the party going even after the sun goes down! <b>House Rules</b> Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The home is equipped with a landline telephone for use in the event of poor cell service. Long-distance calls are strictly prohibited. TV service is provided by DISH. Movie rentals are not permitted. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
