The Palmera is an absolute gem! Our family initially planned to stay for just 1 night to catch up on some much-needed rest, but we ended up extending for an extra day because we simply couldn't resist the cozy vibe it offers. This spot turned our quick sleepover into a mini staycation. Coming from a major event, we were exhausted, but The Palmera's warm baths, fresh towels, and luxurious sheets gave us the perfect good night's sleep. With a price point of around 5k/night, staying here feels like a steal. if you're debating whether to book, do it asap lol Beyond looks, The Palmera spoils you with top-notch amenities and spotless facilities. The layout is carefully designed for groups of 5-10 people to unwind and make memories together. Every corner is well thought out, from the working ACs to the reliable internet and Netflix-ready TVs. Special shoutout to Prince, one of the best hosts we've ever had! He went above and beyond! thank you for making our stay unforgettable!!

"What you see is what you get" my friends used to say this as soon as we arrived in the house. We were supposed to check in around 3 pm as I requested if we could get an early check in but we arrived 3:30 pm in the subdivision. Sir Prince was waiting for us near the gate and accompanied us going to the house. Upon checking in he offered us a walkthrough of the entire property and provided us thorough instructions and the things we could use during our stay. My friends and I appreciated every little things and supplies of each room. It's all complete. This is A real home. As soon as we stepped inside the house, we're impressed how well thought the home interiors are placed in each of every spot in the room and how cohesive the layout of the entire house. They definitely achieved that balance and harmony of the house design. Sir Prince is also considerate to cover up the little issue about the ac in master's bedroom. He offered free of charge the use of swimming pool instead. Appreciated

I was hesitant at first because the pictures I saw were picturesque and too perfect. The place is also new in the listing and there was no feedback. BUT, I red some great reviews about the host so I decided to pick the place. I stayed with my family for 1 night. The instructions were clear. We found the place right away. Most important of all, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. For readers who will be looking for assurance, I TESTIFY, WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES IS WHAT YOU WILL GET. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FAMILY WHO IS LOOKING FOR A PRIVATE, SAFE AND SERENE PLACE TO STAY. I ALSO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO THOSE WHO WANT “PAMPERING ME TIME”. The place is SPACIOUS with GREAT INTERIOR DESIGN. The kitchen appliances and eating utensils are complete. They also have two bath tubs with hot and cold water. I give 2 THUMBS UP to the place and the host. Prince is responsive and accommodating. I hope the future guests will enjoy the place too.
