So pleased with our stay. :):):) Such a great value for such a beautifully decorated historical treasure and so much room for our grandchildren to play. :):):) Our grandchildren had such fun finding new toys--on a continuous basis--while we were staying at this property. :):):) The beds were so comfortable and there was so much room for our family. :):):) Plenty of towels and supplies for dishes/laundry/etc. We had everything we needed for cooking and the dishes/cookware were in very good condition. The electric fireplaces on the first floor were more than sufficient to keep us comfortable on Friday evening--it was a little chilly outside--and the house was nice and cool whenever the temperature went up on Sunday. Lots of viewing choices on the TV for rainy days. :):):) Lots of parking. A few restaurants close to the property. So pleased with our visit...would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Thaks so much for a wonderful stay. :):):)

We had a beautiful holiday at the Storehouse! The host was proactive and welcoming, and the house itself was full of such history and unique character. Definitely not a BNB experience you could find just anywhere! We loved the old home charm, and it was a perfect place for our family to gather. Hope we can go back again soon :)

We had a delightful family Thanksgiving at Stonehouse! We enjoyed cooking in the charming kitchen, gathering around the dining table, and watching movies and playing games together in the living areas. The easy access to the Appalachian Trial made hiking a feature, too. It was just the getaway we were hoping for. We're old house people which means we could appreciate the many quirky details.
