I stayed for 1.5 months at Fabrizio’s apartment. I never regretted the choice. Everything you need for a longer-term stay. The kitchen is small, but it even has a small oven and a microwave, and I was able to cook just fine. The working desk and Apple TV is a big plus. All cleaning amenities and even Swiss power adapters were provided. Crucially, there were plenty of extention cords (e.g. at both sides of the bed), which are very important and for some reason are always missing at airbnbs. The location is great, in a very pleasant neighbourhood (Carouge) and walking distance away from the city center. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the chair for working at the desk!

My wife and I stayed 8 nights in this studio and really enjoyed. The main room is spacious with a balcony and great view facing the Arvre river (the apartment is on the backside of the building). The apartment is very silent, specially at night. The location is also great, in a neighborhood full of street shops, and just a couple of blocks to a tram station and a comercial center (Coop supermarket). The kitchen is well equipped although quite small. Fabrizio is quick to respond and helpful with information. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again!

I really enjoyed it, warm place, clean, quiet i really appreciated it, no late noises, easy to check in, tram close, everything so cool, Fabrizio was very friendly, and instant responses, can’t wait to experience it again.

The owner is very helpful and very nice. I had a great stay. The location is also very convenient to go anywhere. There are shopping center, bars, cafes, and small shops around. Carouge is very nice and peaceful zone to stay overall. Highly recommend!
