On a recent college visit, we decided to stay a couple of days to look around during our spring break. We enjoyed the inside of the home quite a bit. Very spacious.

We read the reviews prior to our stay so we were prepared with the level of noise coming from the busy road this house sits on so that really wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen has clearly been renovated in which they did a great job on, however, the home was dirty. Sticky substances on the floor and counters, dust and buildup in the bedrooms and stains on the couches. The couches were horribly uncomfortable and the furniture in the bedrooms need an update. The large windows in the kitchen and living room are wonderful for providing natural light, however, there is not adequate window coverings for at night. Just sheer curtain panels that do not cover the entire window - not ideal. The backyard is also not suitable for children or pets as there are large holes and wires and garbage everywhere. It did appear as though they maybe recently have undergone some septic upgrades so if you plan on bringing children or a dog I suggest you reach out for current conditions of the backyard.

Enjoyed our weekend there. Nice fireplace and game closet. There’s tvs in every room which was convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very quick with communicating. We disagreed with the communication after the stay but regardless of the passive aggressive nature we were happy that they could host us on short notice. I will say that although we left behind a Red Bull can and ice cream stain, we paid a cleaning fee and didn’t expect as much back lash. I would recommend this location just make sure you thoroughly clean afterwards, if you’re okay with that.
