Sea view from balcony. Lots of restaurants, bars, convenient stores around. Literally 3 min walk to the beach. Big, bright room with nice bathroom. Very comfy for rest and for work. Pleasant smell of bed linen and towels. Very friendly host. Nice cozy restaurant western style right next to entrance. Shampoo, soap, shower gel and teeth brushing are provided in the shower. Not perfectly clean, especially floor. No water provided. Noisy after 5pm because of some bars around with loud music. But, I guess owner of the room can't change it anyhow. Highly recommended this place. 9.5 from 10

Great location to beach and nearby restaurants etc. Floor a little squeaky so I feel for the room below me, but all in all enjoyed my stay here.

L’Appartement est très beau, neuf, le mobilier est de qualité, et la chambre était vraiment au calme. je retournerai dans cet appartement la prochaine fois que je vais à Pattaya

My stay was very relaxing. The beach is about 1-2 mins away on foot , if you’re into watching the sunset , just turn right as you leave the building, such an amazing location
