Nihal is very kind and patient. He is very proactive and helpful in case you need anything. The location is really nice, totally recommend this place. Everything corresponds to reality.
We Stayed at the place for 5 nights, the location of the villa is perfect as it is just 7 min walk from Max metro station, the room is very well maintained and kept clean, you will find yourself right at home, check in is easy you can self check-in and the location is just next to main road so you won’t have trouble finding it. Nihal is a great host shares all the local recommendations and actively responds to queries and will make sure you have a wonderful time in Dubai.
Nihal was a very accommodating and responsive host! He always checked in with us. The place was very nice and comfortable for our party of 3, everything was provided and very clean. The location was great as well.

Its a very nice place and located centrally in between old Dubai and New Dubai. The place has relaxed vibe to it and you could try local tea, snacks or even walk around to see the place and try some snacks
The best way to get around here is by Metro as its very nearby.
