We stayed for the Lovin Life Music Festival and it was perfect! Walking distance to the venue and the surroundings felt very safe. Would definitely stay again.

First off, it’s a great location and easy walk downtown and to neighborhood bars and restaurants. The house was okay. The listing states they provide bathroom amenities including soap, but there wasn’t soap anywhere in the house except dish soap; make sure to bring bathroom stuff - shampoo, soap, conditioner. There were also no wash clothes. One bedroom in the lower level has a memory foam mattress with inadequate support and would fold through the slats. We had to place it on the floor. Overall it was a nice stay, but compared to past AirBnb stays - this place provides the bare minimum for a stay.

Brandon's place was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. So close to everything even Trader Joes. My family stayed here. There are 2 flights of stairs so its better for older kids. would definitely come back and stay. I felt like a local! really great AirBnb Experience

The place suits well for families with kids, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, didn’t find any problem with parking,very close to restaurants. Brandon was very responsive. A great stay!
