Experience the sights and sounds of nature at Whare Kowhai, amidst the native trees, bird life, and the occasional sheep or donkey passing by. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the deck, as you soak in the surrounding rural vista. Situated next to our first tiny house, Whare Kanuka, Whare Kowahi is a newly built tiny house, where tiny house ambiance meets modern convenience. With all the conveniences of modern living - dishwasher, washing machine, and the cozy queen bed, you won't want to leave. Whare kōwhai is a tiny house of approximate length of 7.2m x 2.4m width. It is situated on a section which accommodates our two tiny houses. It is on a semi rural lifestyle block, over looking the hills of Esk valley. The tiny house is situated 15 minutes outside ox Napier City. Five minutes drive and you will find wineries, cafes, a four square superette, petrol stations, bellantino’s and orchard shops.

The tiny home was so thought out had everything you could want in a Airbnb Kevin and Melanie and great host we loved every moment of our stay the views were breathtaking and the environment was spectacular would definitely recommend this property to everyone
We had the most lovely stay at the tiny home. Absolutely beautifully presented and had everything we needed! Melanie and Kevin were lovely and friendly but still respected our privacy. The place was in a gorgeous setting with sheep grazing nearby and walking trails to find. Only a short, 10 minute drive into central Napier. My partner and I are both around 6 foot and we were very comfortable. Many thanks Melanie and Kevin!! ☀️
Myself and partner had a great stay! Not far away from the Napier township. It is in a quiet area. Definitely worth the stay will be back again. It is very clean and tidy and has a lot of additional supplies for showering, cooking and sleeping.
We loved this beautiful tiny home. It was cleverly structured, tastefully appointed, and had all that we needed to enjoy a lovely stay. The location was peaceful with great views over the valley. We found it really handy to Napier and surrounds too.

The neighbourhood where the tiny house is situated in a semi rural area, which overlooks the Esk Valley. If you choose to wander the roads around our community, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Hawkes Bay coastline. The property encompasses approximately four acres of Kanuka, which is accessible by a track. The bottom of the gully boarders the Esk Hills subdivision walking tracks.
