Huge historic downtown Victorian house, located in the city of Bath at the foot of the finger lakes. Perfect for family reunions, or wedding parties. The large well stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing elaborate meals, or just walk a block into town for the many restaurants, brewery and pubs. Large private fenced yard. charming, but comfortable furnishings, for adults and children as well. There is nothing overly fussy (no coasters necessary). So kick back and enjoy your stay.

This was a space beyond our expectations. I booked this space for work and we ended extending the space. Amy is a SuperHost without the badge. This is a must try for anyone that needs a space for work or leisure.
What a lovely Victorian place! It felt like we were back in time. Large house, with beautiful rooms, very comfortable, each with its own distinct charm. We were there with family for the eclipse, and it was perfect. Each room its own little retreat, but parlors downstairs to gather. Great kitchen with all you need, four bathrooms. Heating is vintage central steam radiators—feels great compared to hot air. 4k projector a bit tricky at first but got used to it very quickly. Fenced in backyard with gazebo and fire pit. Close to wineries, breweries, lakes, and a great bakery we found in town. The town is cute, with more places like this being redone. We rented Pultney Place (just around the corner) as well for folks that need 1 floor living space. Looking forward to coming back!

Located a block from the park, and Liberty St. Bath. Easy walk to many restaurants, pubs, bakery and brewery.
4 miles from the Keuka lake wine trail. 20 minutes from Corning. 30 minutes to Yates county Mennonite farm country - 25 minutes to Watkins Glen and 40 minutes to Bristol Mountain Ski Area.
There is a large driveway for off street parking, and a large municipal parking lot located very close by.

I am an experienced vacation rental host, and a lover of old houses, and enjoy restoring them to their former glory. My husband Jason is a university professor in St.Augustine Florida, and will soon retire to the finger lakes. I've spent the past 2 years living in, and restoring and furnishing this old grand lady. She's finally done, and ready to welcome guests starting this spring.
