Features private off-street parking, 1st floor washer & dryer, privacy fence, and a lovely covered porch for morning coffees and evening happy hour. Enjoy a 2 block walk to White Park or UNH Law School, or stroll to downtown Concord's eateries, theaters, bars, and cafes. Convenient to NH capital, many ski areas, and all the area's year-round mountain activities too!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice roomy kitchen. Great neighborhood to get a good walk in after work.
Very accommodating hosts. Our son plays college basketball and had ACL surgery. We need a place to stay with him away from home until he was able to travel. Daniel did everything to make it accommodating for us to be as comfortable as possible. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and quite of a walk for our son on crutches. We would definitely stay again under better circumstances.
A great location, house is super cozy and cute and we really enjoyed our stay!

We're located in a residential area near downtown walkable to downtown, the Law School, neighborhood eats, and White Park (ice skating in winter, lovely walks around pond in the summer).
