I WANT TO MAKE SURE,THAT YOUR STAY MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND FOR SAFTEY REASONS I kindly ask you to not make any photos/video for public or commercial use without my consent Although living off the grid, ( read sometimes without electricity, no running water, outhouse and a portable battery-operated shower), means simplicity you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entire cabin is at your disposal, including four acres of private land around it. It is not a 5* accommodation but a rustic lifestyle with charm and love for the nature. It features wood floors and tiling, oversized beams, hand crafted decoration and furniture, fully equipped kitchen with wood burning stove for heating and cooking, seating/dining area, mezzanine area with one double bed. ______________________________________________________________ KITCHEN: is well stocked with all kitchen utensils and has everything you could possibly need for cooking. Additionally, you can use a small gas cooker for coffee, tea, soups etc. There is also a marble hot plate available for outdoor barbecuing. Raclette and fondu set for two people are at your disposal. ______________________________________________________________ SHOWER: the cabin has NO HOT running water, but solar shower and one portable battery-operated outdoor & indoor shower-turns water from bucket. In case of bad weather there is always a solution: you can also heat the water on the stove. ______________________________________________________________ TOILET: there is outdoor (composting) toilet located 10m behind the cabin. ______________________________________________________________ ELECTRICITY & WATER: the cabin is powered by renewable energy through solar panels and will accommodate most of low wattage devices like phone chargers, camera, battery charges etc. It is not adapted for a day to day usage of a computer, radio or any other similar device. Running water for showering and dish washing is collected by the rain. Please mind that WATER and ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION are LIMITED and heavily depending on the existing weather conditions and you will have to be reasonable in your usage with both of them. DRINKING WATER: limited amount of drinking water is provided in large bottles upon your arrival (10l). There is a small fresh running water source, situated 20 min walk away from the cabin, which you need to fetch on your own or alternatively you can bring drinking water with you. I will indicate you how to get to the source. ______________________________________________________________ TOWELS & BED SHEETS are provided. ______________________________________________________________ The cabin has NO FRIDGE but there is a small cellar (8-10°C) where you can stock your food and drinks, so there is no need for a cooler. ______________________________________________________________ WOOD: the wood is provided and is stocked next to the house. ______________________________________________________________ Large terrace in front of the cabin offers views over the mountains and the Bohinj valley. A hammock and 2 reclining chairs are at your disposal for you to relax and enjoy the scene
