Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom cosy cottage. Just on the outskirts of the Ribble Valley. With the M6 and M65 just minutes away. The Lake District is a 50 minute drive away, Yorkshire Dales is only 20 minutes away and Blackpool a 30 minute drive. The property is ideally located if your wishing to attend a wedding in the Ribble Valley or surrounding areas. This two storey cottage has a kitchen, washroom, lounge and outside terraced area downstairs. The first floor has two bedrooms: one single bedroom and one double bedroom and a bathroom and the third floor has a bedroom with two single beds in.

Vicki & Matt’s place was ideal for us, clean and comfortable with on-street parking right outside and a number of pubs in easy walking distance in the evening. We had a great breakfast at Holy Cannoli, lovely little cafe about 5 mins walk away. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Staying for one night watching the football and visiting family! Lovely place to stay for the night, only thing I would change is the length of my stay!!!

We are a 2 minute walk from the bus station, the M6 and M65 are a 5 minute drive away and there is lots of street parking available.
