Private parkings within the apartment are available for guests.

USS is also walking distance to The Spring Shopping Mall (500m); New Atmosferah Restaurant & some Chinese Restaurants (400m); 24-hour coin laundry is only 300m away. All in all, USS is located in a very strategic location where one can have anything one needs within walking distance.
