Unique condo for two! This ground floor condo has a queen bed, kitchen, dining room and a full bath. High Speed Fiber Optic internet, great for remote workers! The back deck offers a wooded view, perfect for relaxing. The area is awesome for hiking,biking, ATVing, and boating. The town is ATV friendly! You can ride your ATV from trails to restaurants! Mini golf and bowling alley is nearby. Visit the marina for kayak and boat rentals or take a shuttle to hike the Sugarloaf Mountain. Pools nearby! This cute condo is uniquely decorated and comfortable. It has a dedicated bedroom with an adjustable queen size bed. Large ceiling fan in bedroom with a tv and device charging stations on each side of the bed. Loveseat sofa bed in living room. Wonderful covered back deck to enjoy and relax.

Graffiti Grotto was a nice small house with a big fun theme! It had everything we needed. It was easy to access and easy to locate. It is such a cute Love & Peace Graffiti themed place. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable! It was also clean. The back porch was nice too but the weather was too cold for us to enjoy! I would highly recommend especially for a couple. Fairfield Bay is an ATV friendly town! You can drive your ATV to restaurants, Jacks gas station, and enjoy the many ATV trails. Several hiking and biking trails available also. Parking for boats/ATVS are at the end of Summerhill Place complex. Your dedicated parking spot is directly in front of the condo.
