Habart Retreat is your spacious sunny home away from home that we are delighted to share with you and your group. The spacious open-concept living space is complemented by a large family room complete with TV, XBOX, DVD player and enough DVDs and games to keep most teens occupied. the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spread over 2 floors providing privacy for all. Outside you can enjoy the expansive grounds, including a fenced area for dogs, fire pit and mountain views from every corner.

We had a great stay, the home worked perfect for our group of 8. Communication was fast and very accommodating, definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking to ski kicking horse!
Where to even start! The propertt and location of course were beautiful, but all the extra touches were so thoughtful and appreciated. Especially to help keep the dogs comfy! Leash holders, wipes for paws, extra poop bags, extra dog beds, toys, and food dishes! Erica was responsive within minutes if we had a question. 7 of us stayed over 2023 NYE from ages 10 to 42, and everyone LOVED the property. We were very sad to leave....and we will definitely be back. Charming x 1000

Habart Retreat is located 5km south of Golden. There is no public transport and a limited taxi service. A vehicle is required and a 4x4 or winter tires are recommend for the winter.

Nick and I moved to Golden in 2006 where we discovered our "Journey's End"! We would love to host you at Journey's End, or any of the many properties we manage and share our love of Golden & Area by helping you to discover all of the amazing things available locally. We are retired, full-time hosts, and when not outside enjoying life we live upstairs full-time with our two friendly dogs (Fergus & Poppy) and adult kids when they are home.
