Emi was so helpful during our stay! We had a great time and we even accidentally left something after checkout and she worked with me to get it back to me. Definitely will consider her place every time I stay in Cleveland!

Our stay at Eli’s place was great. The area around the apartment is great, a good place to take your family on a walk late at night. The downstairs neighbor definitely made his presence known! Got the true Cleveland experience with this place

The place is very clean and In close proximity to restaurants and medical facilities. Emi was very kind and responsive when messaged But the check in could use more instructions, once you receive the keys out of the lock box the keys should be labeled in someway so that the guest will know what key to use on the doors. The apartment number should also be used in the check in instructions especially with 3 other apartments being near by. There was a comment or “enjoy wine while you stay” and I personally didn’t have any. All of the blinds in the apartment were damaged. There was no bath rug in the bathroom. Lastly the bed and furniture were not comfortable at all.

emi was quick on responding to me when i reached out & is very nice. the apartment was cute & well decorated & it was only 20 minutes away from downtown cle which was convenient for us. i'd keep her place in mind to stay again forsure when we come back to spend the weekend in cle!!
