We had an amazing time. Vacasa was very responsive and I had a great experience with them. The house was beautiful and full of fun.
-very hard to find with no house numbers -upon entering, immediately met with a smell and clutter everywhere -our only thoughts to the mess are either they did not clean after the last guests OR there was an active squatter making a home there (questionable trash, beds slept in, back door unlocked) -Vacasa absolutely zero help to resolve the issue. The rental agency was closed for the day, and the phone call went to someone who had no idea or will to resolve the situation. Zero follow ups were made. The first guests arrived at 3:30 on a Friday and immediately called. -we had traveled from far away and were essentially stranded in a blizzard as we felt very uneasy and even unsafe attempting to stay in that house -unprofessional and potentially dangerous from start to finish; do not book with this company
Beautiful house with a beautiful view!! The house was super nice and the hot tub and sauna were amazing!
A great house. Lots of room and a great view of the lake. A nice fenced dog run and the home is convenient to get to Wisp.
The house is great and the location is awesome. It is fairly close to the neighbors and when we were there for Christmas, we had some issues with loud parties next door on both sides. That doesn’t reflect on the rental itself, which was wonderful!
