This private room is located in the main floor of a house that comes with a private bathroom. The house is in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Sheridan College Davis campus is walking distance. Major transit lines nearby and parking is included. My family opens up their home for travellers, couples and adventures from around the world. This beautiful large room is located in a house that is approximately 2500 square feet. We have modern but minimalist furniture to make the place very open and also very clean. We take great pride in having a spotless living environment. This room comes with your very own private bathroom, its large spacious and comes with a regular shower and shower combo, sink and toilet. We provide fresh towels to our guest at request and the room is equipped with 3 in 1 shampoo, body wash and face wash as well as toothpaste, toilet paper and other things you may need. Your PRIVATE bedroom comes with large windows and it has a double bed which comfortably sleeps 2, fresh clean linens, a small night table. The room also has a lamp light that can be positioned to where you require additional light, we also have a computer/laptop table with a chair. The room has a walk in closet with a few hangers that you may use at any time. This room has a locked key door, you will receive this key on arrival, this will ensure maximum privacy. There is tile throughout the room which is cleaned daily. We have a large kitchen and dining area for or guests to use. Our kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer combo, a small conventional oven, a toaster, a microwave and a kettle to warm up water for tea/coffee. Our kitchens also are equipped with plates, cup, glasses, bowls, spoons, forks. Other dishes and utensils can be provided at request. Some of the common areas include a dining room and living room. This is where you may visit with your guests and host company. The dining room has a table that can seat up to 6 people a time. Please note we do not provide snacks or meals, we also DO NOT have a stove as this poses a significant risk of fires. The living room has a couch and a coffee table with some chairs. Please remember common areas are under video surveillance to help us serve our guests better. Your room has full air conditioning / heating - be hot, be cool (most likely one at a time). Also to make your stay with us more comfortable we can provide you a fan or a heater, just give us a little ring and we will make it happen. We have laundry available on site, which can be used from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and anytime during the weekends if your length of stay is 3 or more days.
