Beautiful property, there were no other party in the other building, so we had the entire place to us. Celia, the care keeper was AMAZING, she's always available to help. Celia found my cell phone and host called to let me know, which I truly appreciated it. You won't be disappointed at all. Good Job!

Yes, overall the place is a paradise, getting there is not. Very bad dirt road. The video the host sent helped finding the place, otherwise maps doesn't take you there. The inside of the house is very outdated, the bathrooms, need an upgrade. Take your own towels, the ones they have are so old, stiff and worn out. Only one room has AC and there's no hot water in the shower. The house keepers were very attentive and friendly. We loved the breakfast the lady prepared for us. I suggest the host make the home more welcoming and, it doesn't have that warm cozy feeling. I did love the warm streams of water. The landscaping is very gorgeous, the keeper does a great job maintaning it. I would recommend it if it wasn't for the things I mentioned. Unfortunately My family did not enjoy it.

El lugar es magico, agua caliente, amplio, con hermosas vistas. No nos costo llegar. La estadia hubiera sido perfecta si los cuartos hubieran tenido Aire Acondicionado. El lugar es muy caliente, por eso el AC es necesario. Cuando llegamos mis invitados ni quisieron banarse en las piscinas por que todo estaba que ardia y una refrescada con Aire Acondicionado hubiera ayudado mucho. Agradecemos la atencion que recibimos en el lugar, pero si nos hubiera gustado tener mas privacidad. Siempre hay alguien en la cocina o en la sala, y hacen rondas por todo el lugar. No considerar el lugar si esto es un problema.
