We stayed at Zekiye’s place with a group of 11 friends and it was the perfect choice for a group of our size! Ample number of rooms, enough bathrooms and common spaces for us to relax in. The neighbourhood was great! Walking distance to all the great restaurants in Balat, we found some hidden gems too! The rooms were perfectly sized and spotless! Our host Zekiye, went above and beyond and even helped us order in when the food delivery apps became difficult to navigate! Thank you for the memorable stay, you made our reunion truly special!

First of all, location is really good. It was at the entrance of main street, so it was quite easy to find, and there was lots of big and small restaurants around to eat and enjoy. It was close to tram station maybe just 5 min Apartment has historic decoration and fully stocked kitchen. It has 10 enough bedrooms and it was quite enough for my family sleeping and eating in home. It is really really X-Large home. When I come to third floor I supposed home finish there because it was too big then she told me there are two floors more. Highly recommended. Definitely perfect choice for larger groups. villa is incredibly beautiful and maintained professionally to above standard, with somany amenities included! It was nice decorated and spacious and we wished our stay was a lot longer, we could not get enough and felt very at home. Host was also outstanding! She accommodated us perfectly. We could not have had a better host and staying. She give us answer about our every question and give many tips about city. I exactly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Istanbul and if you are crowded group!

We had great vacation! The team taking care of home was very professional and helpful. Host give instructions to us about home and city and how well this fit our 14 persons group I would definitely give this place 5 stars. Specifically We were a group most of us aged 60+. We were meeting for a reunion. I cannot describe how much it was comfortable for us. It was really really better than staying in hotel in several rooms and we had private kitchen, dining room and garden just belong to us. Home was great location with easy walkable access to the centre of Istanbul There is ferry and tram station in front of home. Bus station was even closer but we mostly used tram to go Eminönü and Hagia Sophia.
