Pros-Great view, beautiful home, lots of outdoor space, washer and dryer, grill, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, fire pit and heat lamps.Cons-Responsiveness-Wifi login,parking confusing, hot tub not working.Other issues-Bed clothing was dusty, kitchen counters were not clean, food left in the fridge, floors were dirty & dusty, hill to the house was narrow, basement smelled of dust and mildew, cobwebs/spiders in corners, stairs in the basement were uneven/no railing, bathrooms only had soap, unable to use room with the loft and desk, upstairs porch was slanted down and the carpet was slippery-my son fell on the carpet and hurt his wrist, hot tub was not working fully and was greenish in color with some type of acorn in the bottom. Upon opening the hot we saw that the water was greenish and filled with plant debris in the bottom. Owner did send a repair person but it needed a part. Offered a future credit on a future stay but no response about a credit towards this stay

I would not recommend this place, especially if you have kids. Pros: great views, responsive host Cons: Inconvenient location - on a hilltop with narrow road, only one car can pass at a time, lots of stairs to get to the actual home, 3 out of four bedrooms are in the basement with slippery stairs (my 4 yo slipped 3 times), dirty towel in the bathroom when we arrived, very dirty with spiders and dust mites (my 7 yo got dust mite allergies all over his body), dirty linen (linens were stained and not cleaned well), leakage (there was a big storm during our stay and water are leaking through the roof in one of the bedrooms we were using and also through one of the closets into other bedrooms), No trash bins in the bathrooms, No shampoos in the baths, laundry was still in the dryer (I had to pull out and put them away), Front door lock was not working per instructions, no blinds in the upper bedroom or in the main floor. Horrible, but the host was apologetic (only thing I liked)!
