Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Stéphane. Le cadre est superbe, la maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée. Un vrai plaisir de se prélasser au bord de la piscine, profiter du paysage et admirer le vol des buses et des hirondelles ! C’est ressourçant et apaisant, on y reviendra avec plaisir. Christine

Stephane's house is set in the stunning and lush Basque countryside and has views of the mountains from the pool and garden. We visited in the summer and it felt solid, spacious and airy. In the winter the big fireplace in the living room would give it a cosy atmosphere. It is ideally situated, being a moderate drive from a good variety of activities: delightful swimming lakes, a little train up into the Pyrenees, many picturesque, characterful small towns, a wonderful donkey sanctuary and the grand house of Edmond Rostand, writer of Cyrano de Bergerac. The beaches are a similar distance but its so difficult to park and the Atlantic coast is too rough for swimming. Be prepared that this is a family home full of the family's possessions. This makes it feel familiar and characterful but we needed to clear the kitchen tops for example in order to have space to prepare meals.

Un cadre idyllique pour visiter et randonner sur l'ursuya et alentours, tout confort dans la maison et avec la piscine ombragée par un arbre pour les après midi chaudes ! Top pour des vacances nature !
