It is a nominal fee of $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2. All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED Homes are cleaned and sanitized by three cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $95 for your stay if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, pool will be whatever the night time temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated from 35-45* to 75-85* or is only $150/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. SPA (Heated and Serviced for $100/tax per Stay) DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee. IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool/hot tub.
