The apartment is incredibly equipped for a long stay. You have everything you need and more, specially for the kitchen. A lot of space for storage, everything works as expected. Water pressure is really good. Bed has extra pillows and blankets. We had a few issues with internet and electricity but because of issues in the area, not the apartment itself. Martu was always responsive and making sure the issue was fixed ASAP. Great host. The area is really nice, markets around, a few coffee shops and restaurants. Really calm to walk around. The only thing, it gets noisy for: - the trains. The train rail is right next to the apartment and they come and go all day. You better get used to this. - River Plate matches. People go on caravans making a lot of sound because the stadium is relatively close. Be ready if they win the match. Really enjoyed. Definitely would come back.

The accommodation has its positives, such as excellent natural light during the day and a well-equipped kitchen with high-quality utensils. Additionally, there is AC in every room. The shower is amazing. Despite being located in front of a train line, the noise from the train was not an issue for me. However, there were some aspects that could be improved. The overall cleanliness and the carpet in the main living area were not in the best condition. The sofa was uncomfortable, and the bathroom is small, with an unusually high toilet and a very low sink. The soundproofing is insufficient, as neighbors and people in the common areas could be clearly heard, which was particularly problematic during work calls. Also, on weekends it's in the path to the footbal River Stadium making it impossible to have even a conversation inside the house with so much noise outside. In summary, my experience was acceptable, but there are definitely areas that need attention.

El alojamiento está muy lindo decorado, todo funciona, aires acondicionados en cada cuarto, la cocina está súper equipada. Martu responde rápido y claro todas las dudas . Vecinos tranquilos, barrio seguro. Esta muy cerca la estación Rivadavia y pasan cerca colectivos por lo que es muy fácil trasladarse a toda la ciudad. Estuvimos cómodos, tranquilos y contentos.
