This place is great! Linh was super responsive and friendly. She was very accommodating and the staff was great. I had a great time practicing my Vietnamese with the staff and they are open in having conversations. The space is a great size. The place comes with hair wash, hair conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. Having a washer in unit is super helpful because you’ll sweat through multiple clothes a day. Location is great. Super prime in District 3. It has a lot of small cafes and spacious food halls. Once you go south of Đ Cách Mạng Tháng 8 it gets pretty congested but where this place is located is perfect and feels like a real nice neighborhood. Super prime location you get anywhere. Everything is roughly around a 15 minute Grab ride if you take a scooter. Highly recommend this spot for first time travelers if you want to be center enough to explore District 1,3, and 5.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights - it was our calm, clean and quiet oasis after hot mornings and evenings of sightseeing. Linh's place is immaculate and very comfortable. It's surrounded by great restaurants such as Yakuzen Japanese Healthy restaurant (a wonderful experience). We had fantastic massages and I had a pedicure at Mint Massage just nearby. We easily walked to district 1, including Ben Thanh markets, Independence Palace and some delicious street food vendors. Reception kindly booked us a taxi to the domestic airport for VND80k. Not a biggie but the tv is a little old so doesn't have English channels. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much for a great introduction to Vietnam.
