Considering the natural extension of the Monte Sacro neighborhood, it is more commonly called Talenti, from the surname of the family that owns the estate on which the inhabited area was built. The area is delimited on all four sides by as many road axes: via Nomentana, via della Bufalotta, via di Settebagni/via di Casal Boccone and the one, never completed, to safeguard the greenery, between via Jacopo Sannazzaro and via della Cecchina. The streets are all dedicated to writers of various kinds who lived between the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century. The neighborhood is equipped with green spaces, residual from the Roman countryside, including the Talenti Park, the Mimose Park and the Cecchina Park.

Right in front of the apartment you can find the Talenti Village mall which, in addition to hosting a Carrefour supermarket, offers dozens of other commercial establishments (tobacconist, bars, clothing and sports shops, Burger King etc.)
A few steps from the apartment you will find the splendid Talenti park, a boundless green area, recently redeveloped, with cycle paths, refreshment areas, children's playgrounds and dog areas, horse riding.
Still moving on foot you will also find excellent catering businesses such as pizzerias, restaurants, fast food outlets, bars and bistros where you can spend pleasant evenings.
