4th floor after specifically confirming with the it will be on 1st floor as advertised. Advertised sleeper sofa and there was no sleeper sofa. Bunk beds had unsafe ladder and my son fell off and hurt his heel, resulting in him not being able to ski and we had to visit orthopedic and get xray done. The bunk beds looked very different in photos with a safe angled ladder but the unit we got was nothing like advertised. There were little things missing - no sponge in kitchen, not enough TP, one dishwasher pod for 4 days stay. Oh and the oven was on and very hot when we came in and we couldn’t turn it off so we had to call maintenance. I am in process of discussing this with Leavetown and I wonder how they will approach this and whether they make this right for the customer.
