The perfect stay in Preston. David was so helpful every step of the way. He made some great recommendations and was so friendly, I could not have asked for a better host. My stay truly felt like a home away from home.

A fabulous stay with a marvellous host. The accommodation was even better than the photographs. Spotlessly clean & very quiet. Walking distance of the City centre. A great continental breakfast provided by David is included in the price. Don't hesitate to book.

David was a very warm and welcoming host and most hospitable. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable (firm mattress) The bathroom is very nicely fitted out and clean. It was a great overnight stay. I'd highly recommend it.

Have travelled around so many places around the world, and David’s house is definitely the best one - nice location, very close to the station and the city center; a wonderful, kind, hospitable and lovely host that responds to all your questions (even your twentish life crisis😭) genuinely; and the interior design that makes the house look like an art museum…I’m only here for one night and David makes this place feels like home. Cheers to the continental breakfast, to the lovely and warm lemon tea, to the latte, and to the wonderful conversations and laughters we have had together. Lucky to stay in his house and really look forward to coming back. Strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in staying at his house.
