Enjoy a few days as a single traveler or as a couple in my centrally located accommodation in the west of Munich (Laim). You can be at the main station within 15 minutes by S-Bahn, tram or subway. My apartment is also on direct route from the airport as travel to my place only takes you 30mins tops! The Oktoberfest is very close as well, travel time 15min tops via subway. WiFi connectivity: 300 mbit/s My modern apartment is located in the west of Munich, in a small 10-family house. My apartment has 3 rooms, one of which I live in and the other I rent out. My living room serves as a study. However, my guests can also use it if they want. Your room can be locked and has a 1.40m bed and a desk. You are also welcome to use my fitness equipment. Please note, that the room has been newly furnished and decorated in July 2023.

Maria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat mich herzlich empfangen. Ich fühlte mich gleich wohl. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren gleich in der Nähe und mit Fahrrad auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt in die Stadt. Gerne würde ich wiederkommen.
Maria was amazing I ran into a lot of trouble getting to Munich and arrived way way wayyyyy later than what I was meant to, but she really helped me. Place is great! Does the job just fine. Close to U-bahn and S-bahn and it’s about an hour by foot into the centre of Munich. Really nice stay :)
Marias Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig- 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und von da in <20 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Und Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeber in. Gerne mal wieder wenn ich zum nächsten Mal in München bin.
