Everything was great! Loved the location, we could walk to 4th Street Live. Close to Churchill Downs which was the purpose of our birthday trip. Place was clean and nice. Host responded right away to any questions. Would stay again!
Location was great. Building is dated. Unit was typical Airbnb style unit. Previous renters did a number on the place before we got there which caused a delayed check in. Mgmt did not relay this to me and we showed up to the unit to be told it would be roughly another hr to wait for cleaning. Cleaners did the best with what they had but carpet was soaked from where they tried to clean up a spill or vomit in carpet. Sheets had spots in them. Hair left all over the sink and toilet in master bath. Attention to detail and this could have been easily corrected.
Good location for getting to the places we wanted to visit. We had a beautiful view of the city from the 21st floor. The historic building gave the place more of a Holiday Inn level of stay. The microwave stopped working halfway through our stay. The cleaning fee was a bit excessive for the level of cleanliness of the unit (hair and dust on the floors bathroom sink and counter not clean). They communicated well.
Nice place, good location, 10 min tops to drive to restaurants and nice areas. Rooms are bright if you try to sleep in. Easy access and they have security in the building so that made us feel somehow "safe". For a few days stay, I will recommend it.
