245 on 8th is located a short stroll away from Grotto Beach, and offers modern features and comfortable spaces throughout. A wood-fired hot tub completes your stay! A wood-fired hot tub completes your stay! The house can accommodate 8 guests with the main en-suite situated on the first floor and Bedrooms 2 and 3 located downstairs. The main bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with ample cupboard space. The bathroom consists of a shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 boasts another queen-size bed and has an adjoining bathroom with a bath. A converted garage is utilised as the fourth bedroom and features twin 3/4 beds. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a top-of-the-range fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a kettle, a toaster, an air fryer and a dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the laundry room downstairs. The lounge features a fireplace and a big screen TV with Netflix, and the braai area with 8 seater dining table expands the overall feel of spaciousness. The lounge also opens onto a patio with stairs ascending to an upper deck where breathtaking views of the mountains and the ocean enthral the senses.

The home is beautiful and very comfortable and well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic - with a short walk to either Grotto or Voelkip beaches and the cliff path - and a short drive to the centre of Hermanus. Leandri was a very friendly and responsive host. Thank you for our lovely stay.
Had a great stay and can recommend the place. We stayed with young kids which was also really nice, nothing to worry about and close to the beach.
We had an amazing time this December @245 on 8th. The house is in mint condition, location close to all the beaches and Voelklip is the most spectacular base to explore Walker Bay's gems! We especially enjoyed the roof deck where we watched the sunsets and the kol kol hot tub! Great house for families and friends! Thank you FIREFLYvillas for making our summer so lekker!
