Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a comfortable living room, a stylish open-plan kitchen, 2 cozy double beds, and a sofa for extra guests. Enjoy the lovely terrace with two couches to look out into the city. Relax in the modern bathroom with a large shower, and there's even a convenient separate toilet. The entrance offers a convenient coat and shoe cupboard to keep things tidy during your stay. Your ideal home away from home! This lovely and modern 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, has a modern and large living room with an open plan kitchen, a 6 seat dining table for all guests, a large sofa that can be used for an extra guest to sleep on (or two if you are so inclined!), a nice bathroom with a big shower and even a separate toilet! The two bedrooms have nice large double beds, one is a queen size and the other is a standard double bed, both with very comfortable mattresses. Both bedrooms have large closets to store your clothes during your stay, and extra bedding is available in case needed. There is a large coat and shoe cupboard at the entrance for your storage convenience, and even umbrellas and a nice iron to iron your clothes in case you need them!

房间很大，有自己的停车场，2室2厅1.5卫，大房间是1.8米的大床，很舒服，房间很暖和，阳台有2个沙发，天气好可以晒太阳喝咖啡，可惜我们住的时候下雨，厨房设备齐全，可惜没有油和盐，房东很好，回复及时，我们入住非常愉快。
Zeer net appartement, op goede locatie en veilige parkeerplek in ondergrondse garage. Er is een leuk uitzicht en er zijn restaurants en supermarkten op loopafstand, evenals een leuke grote speeltuin. Daarbij een bushalte om de hoek, waarmee je zo (gratis o.v.) in het centrum zit. Rustige slaapkamers en ramen goed af te sluiten met rolverduistering.
I think it is one of the best places to stay in Luxembourg, we talked with Andre for a very short time while handing over the key and he is a decent guy. In the apartment, we stayed as two families and it was very comfortable, the building was new, the cleaning was done well and it is very close to the center, but we preferred to reach the center by bus for free. If I come to these region again, I will definitely contact Andre.
Andre is an excellent host! The place is awesome anytime.Clean and easy to identify. We had all the amenities listed.Place was really nice! Felt like home! Willing to stay next time at this place.

The apartment is very centrally located in the Gasperich neighbourhood, which lies between Cloche d’Or, Hollerich and the city centre of Luxembourg.
Just outside around 100m away there is a bus stop with access to all of the city centre and the wider Luxembourg region, with many buses going around the clock until very late at night. The Gare central area with the train station is also a couple of bus stops away, with many buses going to that direction!
