Unfortunately, the AC was broken when we arrived. The host was prompt, and the AC repair stopped by twice- by the time it was cool, we had spent the evening dealing with maintenance and 12 hours in 80+ degree weather. (I received a partial refund) Even with the AC fixed, the upstairs was hot during the day. The 2nd floor doesn't have any shades or blinds- so that doesn't help. The kitchen has all of the basics- the pans aren't great, and the smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven. We brought food to grill, but unfortunately the grill was unusable. Pets are welcome with a high pet fee- the house is not fenced in, so dogs need to be supervised. The things I liked: Nice large patio/deck/balcony areas. The view was nice and there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Close location to the beach- about 15 minutes drive. There is plenty of space for large groups.
We have stayed at this property many times! Always comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean!
