Crisp, clean ultra modern, minimalist apartment. Underfloor heating very efficient, combined with very warm bedding made us actually too hot in the night. Quiet location.

We very much enjoyed our stay, very peaceful location and well equipped, amazing bathroom. Perfect base if you want to either go to the coast or explore York and the surrounding area. As it is in the middle of both.

Absolutely lovely stay. Location was just what me and my boy needed peaceful and private. The property was super clean and modern. Tilly left great instructions to find how to get in and was so flexible. Will recommend again and love to come back. Thank you 🙏 ☺️

Me, my partner and our 7 month old baby boy have just returned from a 2 night stay in this beautiful accommodation. It’s situated in a quiet and peaceful area. You can park right outside which was handy (especially when you pack as much as you do for a trip with a baby!) The decor and interior is modern but with a cosy feel. The bed is comfy and the bath is amazing! It was all very clean and tidy upon arrival. Tilly was a very helpful host and kindly borrowed her daughters highchair and Moses basket to us for our stay. Would definitely recommend this accommodation!
