Amazing place to stay in Preston, David was extremely welcoming and just an amazing friendly helpful guy, would definitely recommend to anyone his place if visiting Preston, which is only betterd by the host a super friendly guy, thanks again David for an amazing stay in your beautiful home, and the breakfast and conversation just a perfect ending to my visit .

We really enjoyed our stay with David, all of the rooms were beautiful and so sophisticated. David was a fatastic host and provided a lovely breakfast. Really enjoyed our conversations too! Would definitely recommend!

I was staying second time in David's house . It's safe , clean and warm place . Area is very quiet , there is a convenient car park. David is very welcoming host and amazing chef. I also grateful for his help with my car during particulatly cold day .

David made my stay in Preston perfect. David's lodging was up-to-date and far better equipped than any other hotel in the neighborhood. He also welcomed us as if he were treating his family, not his guests. He explained the accommodation in detail, and the sensor lights on every step of the way showed how considerate David was. The accommodation was very modern and artful, keeping the house tidy even more than my mother. And David's breakfast was perfect, and he made sure we had the best tea in England. The accommodation is located at a distance that won't end even if you listen to the whole song from Preston Station. Although it was short stay, I will not hesitate to contact him next time I come to Preston. Or I would like to just visit David again. Once again, thank you for your kind service and perfect accommodation, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who read this review.

David's description of himself and his property is spot on! He is a friendly, warm and welcoming host, in his beautiful, unique and elegant home. Nothing is too much trouble and I will 100% stay again.
