The "Week-Ender" cottage was completely renovated in 2003 turning what was once an eyesore into a stunning 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom, stylish property for my guests to enjoy. The home is cozy and incredibly comfortable in a very quiet settled street close to all the local amenities including our famous downtown Pensacola attractions and festivals. Pensacola Beach is 10 miles away Pensacola International Airport is 7 miles away Downtown Pensacola is 1.5 miles away. Fully renovated in 2023 this 1940s 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage with a stunning fully fitted kitchen and large back yard has outdoor furniture for eating al fresco! The Week-Ender is situated in a quiet, respectful neighborhood, close to everything Pensacola has to offer including the local beaches, restaurants, hospitals, i10, and our famous downtown Pensacola with its ever-evolving vibe. The 2 well-fitted comfortable bedrooms with new queen-sized beds, mattresses, and bedding offer ample closet space with hangers. Wall-mounted 45-inch smart TVs are in each bedroom and the sitting area. The well-designed bathroom is stunning with a walk-in rain shower, a bidet toilet, and a European sink with plenty of fluffy white towels plus bathrobes and toiletries to enhance your stay. The sitting area is very cozy with comfortable furniture, and ample seating for 4 people, throws for chilly nights or chillaxing are also provided so cuddle up and grab a glass of wine and tackle a board game or two hey you're on vacation! Should you decide to stay home and not venture out for dinner the kitchen is well stocked with all you would need to chef it up! All the appliances were purchased new in 2023 including a smooth-top electrical stove, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and a stackable washer and dryer for use during your stay. The outside space has a table and 4 chairs with an umbrella for shade.

What a wonderful stay at "The Week-Ender Cottage! Well decorated, clean and comfortable. Our Hostess, Fiona, was fully attentive to all of our needs. The location is just blocks away from an eclectic downtown area filled with restaurants and shops. Great place to stay with lots of things to do in the area
This home is gorgeous! Brand new remodeled ( I’d say rebuild) house with huge backyard and beautiful huge tree that creates shade on sunny days. So far it’s the best Airbnb we stayed in and definitely coming back here: great location, 5-7 min drive to downtown, restaurants, shops, easy parking. The house is definitely has a style, all furniture, decor is new, stylish with European touch, love brand new kitchen, appliances: everything you need for your stay. And we are planning on longer stay here since we gonna be moving to Pensacola area and Fiona turn out to be a realtor and helped us to find perfect lot for our future house! We were so happy to stay here, our baby didn’t wanna go home, she wanted to stay there:) Thank you for your hospitality, sweet treats, flowers! P.S. That bidet is must have!

The neighborhood is mostly residential in a historical location of Pensacola known as the "Garden District" most of the homes were built at the turn of the century, The Week-Ender Cottage was built in 1942.
Some of the local independent builders have started to build modern homes so we have quite an eclectic arty feel.
You will need a vehicle to get to most places or at least be prepared to book an Uber, Lyft or a taxi. Parking is free on the premises.
Downtown Pensacola is walkable, Pensacola Beach is a 15-minute drive.
The home is just off i10 so it is easy to get to where you want to be even Milton or Pace within 20 minutes.

I'm origionally from the North East of England. I came to Pensacola in 2010 and stayed! It's a beautiful, quirky, mostly sunny town surrounded by stunning beaches with snow white sand and Emerald green warm waters. The people are filled with southern charm with a hefty dose of acceptance. Pensacola is steeped in history & cool things to do.
