Great location , served my purpose ! A little confusing , the fact that this listing is a hotel . It didn’t disclose the name of the hotel , just the address . There were a few hotels all clustered together so it made it a little confusing to which hotel you are actually staying at .
decent hotel stay
Great accommodation and price. It’s a hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
I would not take a chance booking here. I had booked 2 weeks before my planned one night stay. When I arrived after driving for 6 hours that day, I went to the front desk. No one was there. I waited for about 15 mins, ringing the bell. No luck. I messaged through the app then finally someone arrives. BUT they inform me they overbooked so there is no room available. They tell me to go to the Fairfield Inn next door and tell them what happened and it will be fine. They will honor my stay. I say that sounds unlikely to me. He says if they aren’t sure to “just tell them” that their manager will call them tomorrow morning to “work it all out” ??? AT LEAST when you have the gall to not refund someone you should be the one to call the other hotel to negotiate an alternative. Naturally Fairfield tells me they have no affiliation with Hampton Inn and can’t help. Stayed with Fairfield instead - cost 40% more than I planned on. And contacted Airbnb and got a refund from “Jackson.”
